A Good Primer on Effective Delegation

This is a short but enlightening book about the art of delegation. Written in a style reminiscent of the Wealthy Barber, it provides key insights into how to get better at this in your daily work. You can read it in an hour and keep it around to re-read when you need encouragement or a refresher. Its a bit pricey given its size especially if you have to pay for shipping. Ensure you order it with a other items. Its definitely good advice for anyone starting out as a manager.

Delegation Model w simple story

Good book, especially since it actually gives a model for delegation, rather than just talking about the benefits. Most supes/mgrs understand the benefits, but they don't understand how to delegate while maintaining quality and developing employees efficiently. This presents a good model for this. All in a format of a quick read book in "storytelling" format.
